Service Department

T&O Refrigeration’s Service Department consists of a team of highly trained and experienced technicians. Led by four service managers, our team services nearly 200 supermarkets across Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. The Service Department provides service 24 hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year, and all of our service technicians are EPA certified and follow all EPA compliance guidelines. We have experience servicing a variety of refrigerated equipment, including:

• Supermarket rack and single systems
• Secondary coolant/glycol systems
• Ice machines
• Refrigerated warehouses
• Walk-in coolers and freezers
• HVAC equipment
• Chillers
• Environmental control systems
• Completing refrigeration retrofits
• Energy management systems
